Background to Durock Drilling

The Managing Director and owner of Durock Drilling, Brock Dunlop, has over twelve years experience providing drilling services throughout Australia. In 2020 Durock took over Cobar based, Budd Exploration Drilling to bring the rig fleet up to 18.

The goal of the entire team at Durock Drilling is to work hard to develop long term relationships with companies exploring and mining on the East Coast of Australia. We strive to deliver cost effective and safe outcomes and take great pride when we receive feedback from our client's that we have not only met, but exceeded, their expectations.

Our staff are recruited based on their qualifications and competency in their area of expertise and our operational team of Drillers and Offsiders are capably supported by professionals in Work Health & Safety, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Administration/Accounts.
